Week 22 Highlights
This week was a wonderful reminder of how much our studio thrives when learners lead, support one another, and show up with intention:
Learner-Led Launch Excellence: Shoutout to Aleem for a fantastic learner-led launch! He has truly become a superstar at respectful communication and did a wonderful job facilitating thoughtful, balanced discussion.
Growing Voices: We also want to recognize Brooks B for becoming more vocal and consistent in launch participation. We love hearing his insights and perspectives, and his contributions are adding real depth to our discussions.
Community Builder Favorite: Thanks to Nebhan for bringing Blookit to our Monday Community Builder! It was an instant hit and quickly became a studio favorite with lots of laughter, connection, and friendly competition.
Newspaper in the Works: Our newly formed Newspaper Committee has been hard at work and is getting close to releasing their very first edition. Keep an eye out, exciting things are coming soon!
Feedback Culture Growing: More and more learners are using the feedback channel to help each other finish strong on their badge plans. Kudos for being the kind of studiomates who show up for one another. When one learner succeeds at FSO, we all succeed.
February Birthdays: We have a plethora of February birthdays this month! While our tradition is to spam learners with birthday emojis on their special day (or as soon as we hear about it), we want to take a moment to wish all of our February birthdays a joyful and celebratory birthday month.
Weeks like this highlight the heart of FSO; leadership, collaboration, and genuine care for one another. Keep up the amazing work!
